LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

• I understand the nature of this program and agree to take responsibility for myself, my participation, actions and behaviours in all program activities and communications. I understand certificates will only be issued following completion of required program engagement (50% live attendance for online or 100% for in-person) and assignments, and no disputes will be entered into.
• I understand that this program may include embodied practices and physical movements. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
• In participating in this yoga program, I acknowledge that I am over 18 years of age, that I am participating voluntarily, and that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk.
• I understand that for online programs live Zoom sessions will be recorded and shared with other course participants. I understand that if I choose to participate actively via video or chat, my name, image and words will be recorded for internal training purposes only.
• I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Yoga for Humankind or the program facilitator/s for any personal injury or negligence.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In-person modules:

• Full refunds (less $100 administration fee) will be given for cancellations more than 60 days before program start.
• 50% refunds (less $100 administration fee) will be given for cancellations between 60-30 days before program start.
• No refunds are given for cancellations within 30 days of the program start date, except if the place can be filled or in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of program providers.
• If, in the unlikely event the program is cancelled by Yoga for Humankind, a full refund will be given.
